Food Manufacture's one day innovation conference New Frontiers in Food & Drink 2016 was indeed an informative day into the newest innovations in food and drink for all delegates that attended. This enriching day was held on Thursday 17th March at etc. venues St. Pauls, London, where delegates from across the UK came together to participate in an engaging programme exploring the latest trends in New Product Development and all things innovation.
New Frontiers in Food and Drink saw speakers discussing topics such as:
- How neuroscience is changing food design
- The role of 3D printing in food
- Tackling obesity through satiety and much more.
Such speakers included Professor Barry Smith from the University of London, Dr Peter Wareing from Leatherhead Food Research, David Jago of Mintel and many more.
